OVERVIEW
VPS Tire Supplies is a commercial brand operated by VPS Tire Repairs, Inc., a Florida corporation.
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and VPS Tire Repairs, Inc., operating under the VPS Tire Supplies brand. In these Terms, the words “VPS Tire Supplies,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to VPS Tire Repairs, Inc.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance, capture or authorize payment as applicable, or begin fulfillment, whichever occurs first.

Promotions may be governed by separate terms. If promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the promotional terms control for that promotion.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing and payment information.
You represent that:

• Charges submitted under your order will be honored.
• You will pay the total amount shown at checkout, including applicable taxes, shipping, and fees.

We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available for every order or customer.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Processing time and carrier transit time are separate. Delivery estimates may be affected by:

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional charges resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, or changed address may be charged to you to the extent permitted by law.

The Services are powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to operate this store.
Sales made through the store are transactions directly between you and VPS Tire Repairs, Inc., operating as VPS Tire Supplies.
Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by VPS Tire Supplies and is not responsible for product selection, descriptions, fulfillment, installation, use, warranties, or customer service, except to the extent Shopify independently provides a payment, platform, or other service under its own terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising solely from the sale, installation, use, or performance of products purchased from VPS Tire Supplies, except for claims relating to services for which Shopify is independently responsible.

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ASSERTED AND EVEN IF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGE WAS KNOWN.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM RELATING TO A PRODUCT WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VPS Tire Repairs, Inc., operating as VPS Tire Supplies, and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from:

Nothing in this section limits a consumer right to bring a claim in another jurisdiction when applicable law does not permit that right to be waived.
